We roast in small batches in our Portland facility, optimizing each bean's profile to highlight its unique origin notes.

Your coffee arrives in 100% home-compostable packaging. When you're done, the bag returns to the earth as nutrients for your soil.

Abeba's High-Altitude Floral

Abeba manages a small collective of farmers at 2,100 MASL. Her coffee is known for its intense jasmine and lemon zest notes. Through Ethos PDX, her collective receives 40% above Fair Trade minimums, funding a new irrigation system for the village.

The Huila Honey Process

Working with Mateo and his family, we've secured exclusive access to their 'Honey Process' micro-lot. This method uses less water and produces a heavy-bodied cup with notes of maple and red apple.
